Our Methodology

We believe transparency builds trust — especially for health content. These pages explain exactly how we research, verify, and present the information you read on The GLPSpot.

General Principles

  • Primary sources first. We cite peer-reviewed research, FDA labels, and clinical guidelines rather than secondary summaries.
  • Regular re-verification. Every article is reviewed on at least a 6-month cycle, or sooner when new data emerges.
  • Clear separation of evidence levels. Clinical trial data, expert opinion, and community reports are labeled distinctly so you know what kind of evidence backs each claim.
  • No pharma influence. We do not accept sponsored content from pharmaceutical companies. Our editorial judgments are independent of any drug manufacturer.

See our Editorial Policy for our full content standards and corrections process.
