How We Choose Products to Recommend

We only recommend products we would use ourselves. Here is how we decide.

Our Criteria

Every product we recommend must pass these tests:

GLP-1 Compatibility

Does this product work well for people with reduced appetites, nausea, or other GLP-1 side effects? We prioritize small portions, easy digestion, and gentle ingredients.

Nutritional Value

We check the nutrition label. High protein, low sugar, and clean ingredients matter. We skip products with long ingredient lists full of things you cannot pronounce.

Real Customer Reviews

We read actual customer reviews on Amazon, retailer sites, and GLP-1 communities. We look for patterns — not just the 5-star and 1-star extremes. If a product has consistent complaints, we skip it.

Price and Availability

We consider cost per serving and whether the product is easy to find. A great product that costs $80/month or is always out of stock is not useful to most readers.

No Pay-to-Play

Brands cannot pay us to be recommended. We do not accept sponsored product placements. Our recommendations are based on merit, not money.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some of our product links are affiliate links. This means if you buy through our link, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Here is what that means for you:

  • The price you pay is the same whether you use our link or not
  • We never recommend a product just because it has an affiliate program
  • If a product stops meeting our criteria, we remove it — even if it earns us money
  • We always label affiliate links clearly

Our affiliate income helps keep this site running. It pays for hosting, research, and content creation. We appreciate your support.

How Often We Review

We review all product recommendations quarterly. If a product is discontinued, reformulated, or gets a wave of bad reviews, we update immediately.
