Compounded GLP-1 programs are increasingly moving toward flat-rate monthly pricing, abandoning the old playbook of low starter-dose teasers that climb as you titrate.

The New Flat-Rate Landscape

Two programs, Ozari Health and T·Time Health, recently launched with one price at every dose.

Ozari Health (Ozari One & Select) Ozari offers two tiers:

  • Ozari One (budget): Semaglutide/B12 at $86/mo or tirzepatide/B12 at $125/mo. Quarterly billing only; assigned pharmacy network. Not available in California.
  • Ozari Select: Choice of formulation and pharmacy; more billing options (monthly to annual). Semaglutide from $99–$175/mo, tirzepatide from $140–$235/mo. Available in all 50 states.

T·Time Health

  • Semaglutide injectables/ODT: $99/mo; tirzepatide: $149/mo (quarterly billing).
  • Price covers medication, review, and shipping.
  • Note: Required labs are an additional cost, and T·Time’s refund policy excludes labs, shipping, and services already provided.

Market Trends: The NexLife Index

Our October 2026 data, aggregated from the NexLife GLP-1 Price Index, shows that flat-rate pricing is now common. Across 21 programs, median compounded tirzepatide prices were $237/mo and semaglutide $199/mo (as of Oct 20 check). Flat-rate policies were found in 10 of 14 tirzepatide programs and 10 of 16 semaglutide programs.

Disclosure: NexLife offers compounded GLP-1 programs and is included in its own index.
