Ingredients
- 4–6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayo
- Salt + pepper
- Optional: mustard, paprika, chopped pickles
- Optional: lettuce cups or cucumber rounds
Directions
- Chop eggs.
- Mix with yogurt/mayo + seasoning.
- Spoon into lettuce cups (or eat with a fork).
